Prerit Gautam Founder & COO

Prerit has over 18 years' of experience in the IT industry working with global MNCs in account management, solutions, pre-sales & various strategic roles at executive leadership level. He started as an entrepreneur in the year 2000 in Hyderabad developing QA framework for mobile web platform and content strategy. He has since worked with global MNCs Accenture, Cognizant, Genpact.

Prior to starting Integrand with Parag, Prerit was managing India2India Business & partnered with clients to provide multiple platform based services and implementations. Additionally, he was also responsible for growth of Big Data and Cloud practice with some large customers in the US.

At Integrand, Prerit is responsible for technology services and developing products that augment Integrand's mortgage analytics services.

Rahul Gupta Director, Operations

With 10+ years' of professional and entrepreneurial experience, Rahul is a specialist in executing operating strategies and giving shape to new business models. During his 3 years tenure with Tata Consultancy Services in their BFSI services arm, Rahul managed a team of 5 software developers, handling deliveries for the prestigious North American and European financial institutions like RBC, Santander and others. Rahul brings expertise in operations which he acquired through running his own mid-size manufacturing unit. His special interest in finance and start-ups attracted him to Integrand Analytics and joined the team as Director, Operations. Rahul carries a deep industry knowledge and holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology (ISM), Dhanbad.

Syed Abdul Moyeed Sr. Manager Lease Administration

Syed is a Project Lead at Integrand Analytics. He leads "Lease Administration" and business development activities along with managing the overall operations of all Lease Abstraction and Lease Audit projects. He is a specialist with hands-on experience on leading real estate ERPs like Yardi, Lease Harbor, MRI, Big Data, and JD Edwards. He has an in-depth understanding of outsourced real estate services and has received great appreciation for his work.

He has worked on multiple projects with some of the leading real estate service outsourcing providers including Multilingual projects and became a Process Lead in very short span of time. He carries 7 years of experience in commercial real estate with an in-depth knowledge of the US and European commercial real estate.

Vinod Yadav Manager Lease Administration

Vinod has over 10 years of experience in lease abstract, CAM & tax billing, auditing, analyzing office/retail leases and other property documents to provide support to customize related billing software and support Invoices. Vinod has been involved in various short term projects of lease administration including Lease Abstract, CAM Audit and CAM Reconciliation and has over 6 years of training experience of lease admin processes, preparation of SOP, scope statements, WBS, process maps, escalation matrix, process checklists, cycle time analysis and MIS reports.

Ritesh Udsaria Senior Financial Analyst

Ritesh is a Senior Financial Analyst at Integrand Analytics and is involved in creating credit models, performing loan underwriting and preparing Asset Summary Reports. He has a bachelors' degree in Electrical Engineering from reputed, Indian Institute of Technology (ISM), Dhanbad. He holds certifications in Equity Derivatives from National Institute of Securities Management and learned about microeconomic principles. He retains a keen interest in Fixed Income & Real Estate Investments and has passed Level II in the CFA Program.

Aman Kataria Senior Analyst

Aman Kataria is an analyst at Integrand Analytics. He has a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Delhi. He has also completed certification courses in SAS, VBA and carries knowledge in programming and building macros in SAS and VBA. Currently, he is involved in performing Commercial Mortgage Underwriting and Lease Abstraction services along with preparing Asset Summary Reports.

Raja Muniyandi Senior Analyst

With 4 years of significant work experience in real estate lease abstraction and administration and a year's work experience in underwriting and loan sizing, Raja has complete knowledge of the applicable regulations, standards and procedures set in lease abstraction.

Specialist in handling Financial and Data analysis projects for International Mortgage and Commercial Real Estate, Raja has worked with various lease abstraction toolsets such as Harborflex, Yardi, MRI, ProLease and Redhat.

Akanksha Singla Analyst

Akanksha is an analyst at Integrand Analytics. She has a bachelor's degree in commerce from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi. She holds certifications in Investment Banking and Financial Modeling from The Wall Street School, New Delhi. Currently, she is involved in performing Commercial Mortgage Underwriting and Lease Abstraction services along with preparing Asset Summary Reports.
